What are your qualifications?
Cynthia holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado Christian University. She is pursuing licensure under the supervision of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Sandi Forsythe. She also brings valuable experience from her U.S. Air Force service and years of church ministry.
What is your counseling philosophy?
We believe in moving at the “pace of grace,” allowing each client to unpack their story in a sacred space at their own comfort level. Our approach combines clinical expertise with spiritual wisdom, creating a therapeutic environment where true healing and growth can occur.

What types of issues do you specialize in?
We specialize in working with adults and families dealing with anxiety/depression, family counseling, life transitions, marital strengthening & healing, and spiritual abuse/church trauma. Our services are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
What is your experience with church trauma and spiritual abuse?
We provide specialized support for individuals healing from spiritual abuse and church trauma, offering a safe space to process these experiences while maintaining faith. Our approach combines clinical expertise with sensitive spiritual care.
How much does it cost?
Sessions typically cost $110 for a 55 minute session.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, not at this time due to pre-licensure status. We hope to accept insurance in the future.
